They were very good and fast on the tree trimming and removal of all limbs and cleaned my yard, which is very hard as I live in the middle of a three unit and have no alley. They had to walk a ways beside bushes and then to street. I had my trees deep fed and that was were the problem was I did not think about the drip system, they hit it three times, but I called the company and the next day a very nice man named Joe come and fixed my dripper in 30 minutes. Great, they were certified; however, I was a little concerned when I spoke with foreman about how my trees was "lion tailed" and he gave me the "deer in the headlights" look like he didn't know or understand the term. I was more than a bit concerned after that, but they did a good job with the tip weight reduction.
THey were within budget and messed up the appointment time, mis-trimmed a tree and inconvienced me. The excellent news is that the owner made sure to correct the errors, assure the next visit and discount his price. Mistakes are a part of life, good customer service is not - I would hire them again due to the honesty and integrity that Mike Espinosa demonstrated.
I was going to have a half dead tree cut down, Tree Pro's wanted me to try and save it by giving it a shock treatment. They said they would come back and trim it in 2 months. So I can't really rate them until I see if they follow up. As of right now, a little over 1 month, I feel like maybe I wasted my money and should have just had it cut down, since it doesn't look like it is going to survive. Service was priced right. They were quick and professional. When they were done they cleaned the site well.
They arrived for the estimate on time, which is more than I can say for Lee's Trees, who had two opportunities. They were extremely professional. The only problem I had was that two drip lines were damaged. They did repair it once I told them about it. Overall, I am very pleased with there service.
