This company did an excellent job. I lived out of state and the broker stated the property looks really nice. They were very easy to work with. And the pricing was reasonable.

Scheduling was a nightmare with missed appointments and bookings that didn't get into their computer, but the work that they finally did was good. Pricing was competitive.
Very honest and up front with me about my job being smaller than a typical client. They were flexible and I ended up going with them. Not really sure about the quality of the office staff but when it came down to it the job got done well for a good price.
