I called and left a message last night asking if we could be seen today. My phone rang at 7:50 am and we were scheduled to be seen 2 hours later. Our cat was immediately taken care of and was brought home today with meds and 2 follow up appts. Great staff, very kind folks. Thank u! Julie and Scott
They took really good care of my partner. And they always have. 13 years, 2 surgeries, allergies, my partner is a service animal, a companion, and a life saver. I trust them . Very friendly, and knowledgeable staff.
We rescued a cat from the pound and one weekend it got an abscess, being a weekend we had no choice but to bring him in. Good experience a little pricey but we did get weekend service. We normally use another vet on town but this cat hasn't been to them yet so we decided to use elko vet for the vaccinations and any appointments in the future. Me and my animals have been going here for years, just routine visits. They are very good at those, great at reminding you of your appointment and helping you once you’re there! But yesterday me and my partner woke up to our dog having a severe allergic reaction to something. We took her in and they were very upfront about pricing and making sure I was comfortable with the price. The vet clinic advertises themselves as an emergency clinic and yet I spent an hour last night trying to get through, how the website states to do so, and no response. I left messages on the phone number as well as did the airvet app option multiple times. They are the only "emergency" vet in the area, and they aren't. I didn't hear back until over 6 hours after my initial call, which was made shortly after midnight. Not to mention, my dog died while we were in the process of getting ready to leave for Boise to get him care.... read more
