The staff has been very helpful and supportive throughout the process. Great communication and they treat the residents like family. The building is well kept and very clean. The meals are good and they provide large portions. The activity director is amazing. There seems to be some sort of activity or entertainment going on every time we visit. I highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a nice place for elderly loved ones.

My contact person was with [name removed] she was tireless worked past 5 and on the weekends very professional and helpful. Can’t say enough good things about her there might even have been a hug and a tear from me. Pacifica was very clean the people there were very active with tons of planned activities and just walking groups great place

Having a loved one in need of memory care is hard enough. Pacifica made the move in process easy! [name removed]and [name removed]. were amazing in handling a quick and painless transition for my mom from home to Pacifica. The entire team has helped us adapt to this new situation and we could not be happier than we are that we chose here for her next chapter. Thank You Pacifica!

They are very engaging and such a loving staff! It seems very clean and the food always smells amazing! I have sampled it a couple of times and it was delicious! They do have great activities and even take the memory care out on field trips!

The staff communicate well. They care for my parents really well and respect their wishes. They don't push them into doing things they're not comfortable doing. They really understand ageing and dementia and how to work with that. My parents tell me they love the food. The menu changes, and they have choices. It tastes very good. Sister lived there with Mom, until Mom passed in [date removed]. The entire staff has surpassed our every hope with each new challenge presented by ours sisters cognitive decline. Now it’s time she moves to the Memory Care wing and we could not be more grateful. The facility, the food, the care are the best, but the love and care shown by the staff is the most appreciated. Today I came in and saw my loved one sitting with some real sweet friends in the lobby. Makes me so happy to see her happy with friends.

The care giver team is fantastic, they are very good and communicative and they make sure to being in touch with us at all times. They also set up regular face times so we can see our loved one.
