It was very accommodating and friendly. Everyone was willing to accommodate changes my loved one is going through. The staff were very easy to work with, patient and kind.

We recently moved my mom into Pacifica and the team has been amazing. Especially during COVID. With certain activities limited, they are going out of their way to keep residents engaged and spirits up. My mother, like many I’m sure, had some very specific needs and [name removed] and the rest of the team have accommodated and helped her immensely. Thank you for the price of mind, Pacifica!

This was a good facility for mom. The communication from the staff was really great and my mom was happy there. They went above and beyond to make sure she was taken care of. I would definitely recommend this facility to others.

My sisters and I greatly appreciated the responsiveness, flexibility, and compassion of Pacifica staff in accommodating our mom's long distance move into the facility and her subsequent care. Despite my mom passing shortly thereafter, I will always remember the genuine kindness shown to my mom and the family by the various care and administrative staff at Pacifica and KVH Hospice during that difficult time.

My mother was a resident at Pacifica Senior Living Ellensburg September 2019 though December 2019. As an RN who had worked with the geriatric population I was very concerned on finding the correct care for my mother. I found the staff from clerical, housekeeping, kitchen, caregivers, through nursing, and administration to be optimum. While maintaining professional parameters they provided a family caring environment.
