I've lived at Ellis Station for more than a year. It is a lovely property with good amenities. My 2 bedroom apt with bonus room and balcony is quite nice and the layout is great. Not a lot of noise. The staff tries hard to accommodate requests, and plan events for residents. Parking is easy - you must have a decal as a resident. Some residents are inconsiderate and leave stuff in the lobby, but the staff clears it immediately when reported to them. Management is POOR to say the least. They allow anyone and everyone to stay here. Low moral character, trash all around. Multiple car break- ins. No one available on call 24/7. Have to wait until office is open at 10 for emergencies including maintenance. Small visitor parking area. My daughter was late for school during final exams due to limited parking and Ellis Station had our car towed. These people are only interested in money.
