Great very nice neighborhood. lots and lots of amenities. office staff is very very up to par . if your looking for a nice relaxing place to call home . come check ellis out you will be sold .

seriously consider before signing The unit seems built from the lowest-grade materials available. Paint peels and rubs off easily, with a finish that looks rushed. The flooring felt like unpleasant plastic within a week and wears down quickly. Appliances show signs of moisture issues, water fixtures leave behind residue, and the tap water smells odd and tastes faintly like sand—even in the shower. The frogs gather permanently at the entrances, elevators, sidewalks, pool, car wash, patios, and even the carpet.

Traffic noise very bad Traffic noise is related to architecture. It is enough to rate this place low. The contract is structured so you cannot buy out of it because it is nowhere near capacity. The truck noise from the highway actually resonates in the my ears.
