I had a very disappointing experience here with Dr. Fox. My dog has been exhibiting strange symptoms that have become increasingly worse over the last two years. I came in to this clinic two weeks ago for a second opinion. My current vet acknowledges that something is wrong with her, but has not been able to figure out. We have conducted blood test, urinalysis, ultrasound, and xrays. She has had red and white blood cells and protein in her urine. I am very glad for everyone that received great service. Due to a Horrible experience I had last year with a different Vet hospital which I legally can't discuss I first came in contact with Elmwood Grove to Euthanize my first pet Boo Boo and it was a very good experience even though we had to do what we did. Dr Hegaman was there for us and made us feel comfortable etc. After that I wanted to take my other 3 cats there so started with Peachy who lived with my oldest we euthanized. Be careful of taking your animal here. My brother went there last year in Oct to have his pet Boo Boo euthanized and place was great but he took his other cat Peachy in around Nov to make sure she was ok and they dismissed everything we said and gave her a clean bill of health missing mouth cancer that should've been seen. After another visit in Dec they said to do a teeth cleaning. Mouth cancer was then found. Office and Dr communicatuon was awful. Brother is going after them. Doctor in this instance was Dr S. Bobo. We used to love bringing our pets here and have been for over 25 years but our last experience is making us reconsider ever returning. Our dog Flint was having major health issues last week and my husband called the office (which was closed), so he called the doctor on call and left a message. We never reveived a call back. He called again, no response. I found an emergency vet office and we brought Flint there and he had to be put down. On Monday June 6 2016 my 1 year old dog English Bulldog Max was having facial tremors and a fever of 104.6. We took him into Elmwood-Grove Animal Hospital. We saw Dr. Bobo who took his blood and injected him with a disposable IV Bag and put him on antibiotics cephalexin. Well 10 hours later Max's fever spiked to 105.6 he started having uncontrollable tremors in his face. I called the ER line to animal grove Dr. H stated to take him to the ER. Hospital.
