RecommendedCaption machine was broken so the person I went with was unable to enjoy the movie. Talked to the manager and she was VERY receptive and helpful. Was able to receive a refund with a few perks. 10/10 recommend this place and will be going back. They went above and beyond to make our experience great. Kathryn R and Andrew K were the employees that helped us and their service should be recognized!
