I ordered the kids lounger for my granddaughter on December 11, 2019 for Christmas and I have not received it as of today January 3, 2020. I have sent Embellish about 4 emails and they have not responded. I will never shop from them and I am going to work on getting my money back.

There weren’t many decent hat colors to choose from, only odd colors that no one really wants. Maybe stock is down due to it being after Christmas but if that’s the case, then the Groupon expiration should be extended to allow the company to restock better color options. Disappointed in the color choices.
