Although Groupon shows the Groupon was redeemed on September 4, 2019, it was actually redeemed with Embellish Accessories and Gifts on August 16, 2019. I can forward the email confirming my order to you if you’d like. This company has been terrible. No one answers their phone. The items are still backordered, which their site never stated when I ordered. One of the monogrammed and personalized jewelry cases is a birthday gift and it will now not be here on time. I bought this as a gift over a month ago, originally they were out of stock. I checked back a week later, ordered what was advertised and finally back in stock, and to my knowledge nothing has even been shipped yet. Extremely disappointed

Was very disappointed they look very ship I wanted them one in pink and one in red I got them both brown do not like the color. Very very very disappointed.

When I purchased the Groupon the vendor showed a specific color I wanted. When I went to order they were sold out and didn’t have it back in stock until after the expiration! I am very disappointed ☹️!
