Emily, Katie, Amy, Shannon, Andrew and maybe others made our 5 person group feeling so welcomed and pampered! Appreciate all the work they do to the care of guests. Met an amazingly brave guy who made our 12th floor windows sparkleing clean for water views. Loved our stay at Emerald Grande. Recommend highly. B Thomas

Lobby location in elevator mechanical room.
The only problem with your site is that a separate pool area is needed for kids. There was an incident where a kid pooped in the pool and I noticed babies were wearing regular diapers. As an wyndham owner this is not acceptable. As the pool was not available and this issue needs to be addressed.

We do have pool rules that require any babies to wear swim diapers, but sometimes people either willfully or unknowingly miss them. While there is no immediate plans for additional pools in the future, we will definitely review our procedures to see if anything can be done to improve them. We love staying here when we attend the Emerald Coast Powerboat Poker Run, but we are disappointed every year we bring our boat because of the current boat parking that is provided is a joke compared to what we are paying to stay here. It is a side gate to Destin kitchens and baths and when you park in it you more than likely will get pinned in and not able to get your boat out, as we did! They need to purchase property for customers parking of boats only.
Family Reunion was awesome!!
We just got back from our 5 day vacation here at the Emerald Grande. Place is very nice with tons of activities for all ages. The boardwalk is full of shops and tasty restaurants the resort is very nice, our 3 bedroom was very spacious and was like staying in a house, full kitchen, 3 bathrooms that were large. Staff was was very kind and were alway there to help.
Best vacation we have had. Loved it
