Beyond wonderful!!! This is the place to stay. Staff is so nice. Everything to do, eat and relax is there. This has to be the BEST Wyndham resort!

Hello, I just wanted to let you all know that I love your hotel and make frequents visits here throughout the pass few years. Each time getting the penthouse suit Ph26. This time I had to deal with a mildew order which was very bad and lasted throughout my stay. When I asked for assistance I was given air freshener and asked to use it when right before we left for that day. So we did and got no better. Once again I just wanted to advise you all of this. We always enjoy our stay at the Emerald Grande. This past stay was just as enjoyable however, we didn't have the opportunity of staying on either the Harbor View or Bay View sides this particular weekend getaway. We had to stay on the north side facing the highway and McGuire's Restaurant. Fortunately, McGuire's pub wasn't as loud as we've experienced in the past (seasonal) but there is still a considerable amount of traffic noise during the day and at night. Stayed here for four nights, loved it. I own a condo on the beach, but I wanted to watch the boats come in and out of the harbor. The staff was amazing.

Charles at the front desk was so pleasant and seems very interested in making sure we enjoyed ourselves. He was great. The room was beautiful. Thank you for a wonderful anniversary trip.

The service was fantastic and the wait staff, concierge service, room service, and restaurant service was fantastic! The only improvement could be made at the front desk during checkout and check-in. The employees with the best personalities need to be in those key positions.
