Luis and Andres the Maintenance department is very reliable and totally professional. There's no waiting on them to come fix any problems with the apartment. I Truly appreciate them, couldn't ask for a better person to help me out.

i'm only giving this place Four stars as an update because i recently checked my credit score and i had a $419 fine from them on my credit from 2012 from when we lived there.... i called the company who owned the debt to find out what it was from and it turns out that i actually didn't owe this money. THEY owed me. Justin (the current manager at Emerald Pointe) was AMAZING and prompt and got back to me in a timely matter AND solved this issue without me having to pay this money. This was my first Apt., I lived here from 2000-03, it was a nice one bedroom Apt that was clean, and the layout was nice. Some of my neighbors were kinda crazy, with loud music at times which didn't bother me too much. The management people were very helpful and nice. I ended up having to move because my brother moved in and I needed a second bedroom, and they didn't have a two bedroom available.

Drug infested with Management being a part of it. Shit hole to say the Least. To the point where your water supply smells like sewage. You step outside of your apartment and it stinks outside. How does that even happen outside. A/c barely works there repairs are done with out a care or experience so you go from one problem to another apartments with too many people in the units wierdos always walking around . Its a whole mess.

I am a building inspector. Had to move here do to health problem. Let's start, first the amenities are a joke you can't use club house , kids play area health hazard, gym , pools are not chemically treated locks on pool gates broken!! this place is a mess landscape dying trees over grown branches breaking falling everywhere sewer does not drain all over property , dog shit everywhere flea infested by feral cats everywhere Management not doing there jobs. SLUMLORDS!! My elderly mother in law lives there and NOTHING EVER GETS FIXED! Broken sink with no faucet for 2 years now, broken refrigerator, AC barely works. When she goes to the office they get mad at her and tell her "what do you expect us to do"? Whenever she asks for help with ANY ISSUE they raise her rent. THIS PLACE IS A FUCKING JOKE; DON'T MOVE HERE!! I wish I could give this zero stars, that's how bad it is. Singlehandedly the laziest management I have EVER witnessed in my entire life. Not only do they charge through the roof for this place - hell, they even got in trouble with section 8 for raising the rent so much - but it's also the shittiest place I've ever lived in! Lived here for about 5 years at first it seemed great but the realized it's extremely hard to get any help when it's needed no one is ever in the office and they only like to maintain their own apartments! As almost everyone who works in apartments lives in the complex. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND FIND A DIFFERENT PLACE TO MOVE!! The management never gets anything done, they make empty promises (was told we'd get a free security door for resigning, it's been years now and no one got one, it would have been nice to have considering my neighbors across the hall were literally broken into, and they aren't the inly ones), and year after year the pool is close all summer, or it's open for just a couple of days.
