If I could give this place zero I would. Where do I even begin? Let's start with the office..these girls are NEVER in the office. You can't ever get anyone on the phone or catch them actually in the office doing their job. I've sent multiple people to come apply and they always get shut down yet the whole maintenance staff family lives on site. Getting your stuff actually fixed is a jokE. Emerald Pointe is Not a Good Place to live. The Office Managers are Extremely Unprofessional. They have very poor skills & treat their tenants like trash. For them to continue to even be in such position is amusing. The Buildings are very old & running in disgusting shape. Corporate if your reading this your tenants need HELP!!! If you can afford to go somewhere else than do it. Do not move here!! They have 1 maintenance person for 250 apt. They never fix things in a timely matter. They show apt. In the front, than move you to the back. Trees are falling, the children playground is a health hazard, the we pay for our amenities, but our unable to utilize them, such as the gym, pools, and clubhouse. Exterminators confirmed my daughter had bed bug bites again, on April 9th 2018. It is now April 20th, 2018. No one has come to spray our apartments, the exterminator also told us that the people below us are infested. Why the does it take 2 weeks to spray when there is an infestation? This place sucks so bad. I lived there less then a year. Too much drugs/Tweekers. Very Useless Office Staff. None of there Pools Ever Worked at 1 time. But they tell you how many they have, and talk about how lovely there play areas are. Suck Suck Suck. Plus they Have ROACHES
DO NOT MOVE HERE I haven't even moved in yet. I put the $100 deposit on an apartment that opens in August 1 month ago and I am already incredibly unsatisfied and out of $100. 1. This is by far the WORST place we have ever lived. Roaches, homeless living in the corridors, inept maintenance, and the rudest office staff I have ever encountered. The apartment itself is a ramshackle hovel. They showed us a unit that was "typical" of their average unit, but refused to show us the actual apt until we signed the lease. Me and my husband got approved here last year, and boy were we happy. They went by income and we would have rent that we could afford. But things started to take a turn for the worst. Our apartment was in the front which was really good I thought. No, we were placed right across hall from drug dealers who we'd hear them talking about killing people. Absolutely hands down the worst place to live in Modesto!!! They have new management and I was hoping it would get better but it has not... it actually has gotten worse. They kept one girl that was here with the old management and she was always super nice but has become a complete bitch maybe because shes an assistant manager now but huge change in attitude, shes helpfull but very short and rude when talking to her now.
