My friend recommended I see them for my hands. I was seen in the urgent car on a Saturday morning and the entire staff is always so easy to talk to and get assistance and care.

The staff is helpful and friendly at the Apex location. I recently visited this location after my second serious orthopedic injury in the last year (the first time was at the Raleigh location and they are great as well). I went to Apex on short notice from Raleigh to get an appointment with PA Miranda Butler since she was part of the team that treated my previous injury. The staff are friendly and helpful. Dr. Lord, also friendly, listened as I specified my foot problem and he explained what he was doing as he examined my feet giving me alternative things to do as opposed to what I was now doing. It worked when I tried it today. Also I am trying the specific shoes he suggested I buy. I will definitely go back to him.
I met with Miranda Butler at the Apex location. She was wonderful and very attentive to my concerns. She even listened to my boring stories. I couldn’t have been happier.
