Excellent service all the time
I came back to Dr Lord yesterday as a result of trust! He helped me when my plantar popped into while visiting Costa Rica and now when I needed him to remove both large toenails as a result of years of ingrown toenails, he did this with no pain yesterday. A very relatable Dr you can feel good about relying on!! So happy he is so near us!!!
OMGoodness, where to start! The front desk (your first impression of any office) and they have placed the most amazing and kindhearted individuals there! Then, the x-ray techs. SO, SO professional. Then, there's the PA, Karen. GEM, GEM, GEM!! She goes above and beyond and seems to always have time for you.
I took my daughter to Dr John Lord. He listen to her very patiently and explained her. The facility is so clean Thank you for all the care
All around great staff! My therapist Karen is professional and caring, and treats her customers with respect. I enjoyed my time with the team, during my rehab from surgery. I highly recommend EmergeOrtho should you find yourself needing Orthopedic services.
