Dr Richard properly diagnosed my dermatological condition that had been misdiagnosed by my primary care doctor. I was a new client, and was very concerned about my symptoms and condition. I am also a medical professional and a nurse for many years. I highly recommend this very caring and highly informed doctor. I could not be more satisfied with her professional, and reassuring approach. Due to her correct and timely diagnosis, my medical issue has been ameliorated.

After reading the reviews of other patients, I am thoroughly confused as to how I could have gone through such an awful experience. Very little information was freely provided to me before my treatment, and the crumbs of information I was given were vague. After the appointment, I was in a significant amount of pain. No warning was given to me regarding post-treatment pain. I returned shortly afterward with my father to ask questions about her practice.
