Dr. Richard is knowledgeable, professional, and an attentive listener. She is also very sweet and I feel comfortable voicing my concerns to her.
She is very thorough. She listens, and she does not leave you out of the process. We work together to come up with a plan that will suit me the best. She is so sweet. I love her as my dermatologist.

It was my first visit with Dr. Richard and she made me feel so comfortable. Her staff was shorthand but nonetheless respectful and helpful, friendly, and helpful. I will be recommending her!
