She is so great that my family all see her. It is nice to be able to feel comfortable and secure in her judgment. Knows her stuff.
Great initial visit. As a new patient for Dr. Richard, she was very thorough and explained what she was doing and why (so I could understand.) She now has a complete baseline for any concerns that may develop.
Dr. Richard is truly great, listens to what you have to say and then applies her expertise. She doesn’t come in with the stuckup attitude so many doctors seem to have nowadays. Finally found a great dermatologist.
Very easy to communicate with her. Very caring. Efficient without hurrying. Competent.
Had to wait over a month to see her, but it was worth it. She was very kind and thorough, identifying a potential problem on my leg. I never felt like she was in a hurry, which I appreciated.
