Extremely impressed with her, she is very thorough, a great listener ,addressing my concerns professionally. She is personable, very knowledgeable, friendly and caring. I felt at ease and valued. The nurse(Alicia, I believe) was really kind and endearing. Will definitely recommend her.
My first appointment with Dr. Richard. Great approach, extremely thorough with the examination and a great communicator. Did not rush. She listened to my concerns. Felt much better after visiting with her and having a small procedure. Excellent Doctor. I am blessed. BCK 4 August 2021.
