My wife had a knee replacement surgery and was transferred from the Methodist hospital to Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital. We were greeted by Randy who gave us a quick and helpful orientation of the facility and what to expect from staff to help us. Everyone was professional and knowledgeable about rehabilitation. We were there for four days and feel grateful for care we received. My wife is recovering from her knee surgery and we are better off because of Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital.

The care my mother recieved by Becky Wayne was exceptional. She was able to get her moved a few hours after her visit with my mom. We appreciate you more than you know. Thank you for giving mom the care she deserves and working the way you do.

My mom had a stroke so they sent her there. The cleaning lady Ms. Erlene was great, PT, OT, and speech great; now when it get to some of those techs trash not all of them but majority, the good ones they always send home if they have overtime and on the weekend nights they have men in which I didn't trusT. I stayed every night with my mom, if you want decent service I suggest you stay there otherwise pray.

I was a patient at the vintage location back in May, after a knee replacement. I can't say enough good things about the care. Everyone was efficient and caring, and did their expected jobs on time and with attention to duty. Thankfully, this was my first time ever in any kind of rehab, so I cant compare it to any other places, but I CAN vouch for the high level of concern on the part of everyone who had contact with me. i had first become aware of Encompass when a friend of mine went there after heart surgery in 2016. When I was set up for bilateral mastectomies', I lobbied to go here rather than home with no help, and got accepted. They help me get reconditioned, strengthened my arthritic hands, and walk with a walker. I'm home now, and feel I can cope (even with the 2/15 to 2/16 power outages. CONTINUED....... One of the great things about this hospital was everyone works together. When they were in therapy and the therapist saw another patient they need help they would jump in and help. Macy and Adrian were the best and as Macy would repeat over and over STAND TALL no bending over and trying to walk. My dad was sent to Encompass after suffering a heart attack and stroke. I want to complement the staff there on taking great care of him! First let me say that one of his nurses, Orlinda is the most caring and helpful lady I've ever met in any of these places. Excellent Rehabilitation location. They have Physical, Occupational and speech therapy available to in-patients. Therapists are friendly but firm in their intention to get their patients to achieve the most they can.
