If I could give zero stars, I would. Do NOT place your loved one in this facility. My mother was severely overmedicated to the point of complete disorientation. She didn't know where she was or why she was there. Instead of providing care, it felt like the staff just sedated patients to make their jobs easier. Aside from a few kind nurses, most were rude, dismissive, and clearly unwilling to engage with patients in a meaningful way. One tech even told my mom she "needed to adjust her attitude." My father was put here after having a stroke he also has dementia and Alzheimer's. They neglected him because they knew he wouldn't remember he was a fall risk so the put him in a chair with a diaper and never checked on him for 3.5 hours. He cannot remember or do simple things most people do they told him to call them he has no clue what the call button is we told them over and over that he had dementia they didn't listen because they said he looks normal. I will say the care when he was there was good. The day my Dad was released he wasn't able to get out of bed on his own . They still wanted to release him so they transported him home. We weren't there and they left my 81 year old father sitting on the porch!!!!!!!!! All alone !!!!! He could have rolled into the street! He wet him self. He also has dementia. And was scared !!!!! I can't believe this !!!!!!!!!

Honestly, I was skeptical about this place because the elderly usually get taken advantage of at places like this (ironic right?). Seems like my suspicion was correct. I am furious and would give this place negative stars if I could. I just found out that my grandfather was put on a wheel chair to go to the bathroom and the nurse told him they would be right back. My mother is in this place and has had a lot of issues... They gave her her diabetic medication incorrectly for a while despite her telling them what she is on at home. She has had chronic diarrhea and after having accidents on herself was left to sit in it for over an hour and a half multiple times... Her feet are swollen and peeling due to chemo medication. Being diabetic this can easily turn into an infection that can lead to gangrene or loss of limbs. She has complained several times and nothing has been done about ... read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The place is very nice for patients but as a employee no. The managers are horrible and put anyone in a manager position with little experience. Byron the Human Resources director is very rude and fired any and everyone for small simple reasons. Robert was the daytime manager and he sided with anyone to keep his job. Ola was the manager when I left and did a horrible job. They don't care much about the staff/workers at all. I'm glad I'm no longer working for this company.
