my husband was at this rehab for 10 days because it was supposed to be wonderful...when i picked him up he looked worse than when he had been discharged from the hospital. he was disheveled, had not shaved in 10 days..when i got him home he had trouble getting his balance when he got out of the car. no one ever asked me what my goals were for his rehab. the caregiver app was useless. they did not include me, the caregiver, in "care" team meetings. i have concluded they wrote him off rather than trying to improve his phy... read more

My mother is currently a patient at this facility. I cannot say enough about Dr. Craig and the physical and occupational therapists. She is a stroke patient. The therapist are patient and encouraging. Now to address the nursing staff. Terrible. If your loved one is here, you must be too. I have been very nice when I FINALLY reach the desk. The other day a sullen and disinterested nurse flat out lied to me. ( When I asked for the room call records it was proven) this morning I was purposely hung up on. Tonight nurse was jus... read more

Lousy communication, Anything you want to know you have to chase it down. Care team meetings are not discussed with family or patients, You have to chase that down. They should have a family Member present at any meeting concerning the patient. This is the only rehab that I didn't sit in on this meeting. Food was disgusting, My mother really needs good nutrition. She said the food was never hot, She said it made her gag. I feel that is something that can easily be fixed, If you care.
