I was scheduled for an interview although it didn't work out it seemed to be a well run facility. They were looking for a very specialized skill set can't ding them for that. They took very good care of a good friend that was there recently

We had the most wonderful experience here. They are totally professional and attentive to every detail from admission to discharge. Nursing staff were available and trained to have the patient be as independent as was safely possible. The goal was always independence. No one was made to feel like an invalid, the nurses spent time with you and were always friendly. The Rehab staff are exceptional. My husband came in unable to walk and left walking with a walker. It's really sad that there are not more 5 star reviews about this hospital. Encompass gave my grandfather his life back after a severe stroke. My grandfather was left with minimal use of his left side. Many physicians had told us that they didn't expect a full rehab and that we should look at a nursing home. He had the absolute best care by nurses, doctors, and therapy. After a stay at Encompass, my grandfather was able to return home. He is still living well and has regained his independence. This place is fantastic. After another facility almost killed my mother we sent her here, best move we ever made. Professional and caring staff, clean I just can't say enough good things about Healthsouth. Would highly recommend.
