This place is fantastic. After another facility almost killed my mother we sent her here, best move we ever made. Professional and caring staff, clean I just can't say enough good things about Healthsouth. Would highly recommend.

encompass puts on my discharge paper work i walked 150 feet, however i was being held up by a harness from the ceiling lie number one so the insurance company thought i could walk not even close my balance is still off to this day i have to be accompanied with a person holding a belt around me so i do not fall, since they did that my insurance has cut me off, please stay away they are only in it for the money and not the truth

encompass is high tech not everyday needs to get back home night nursing staff is very poor you wait for hours to get any staff and if you bring the issues up to management, tell you to mind your own business, you have a family meeting they do not want you to tell them of their faults, and they try to find ways to remove please if you real want to help your loved one find another rehib not here

Some of the techs are good and some are really bad. Some of the nurses are good and some need training and have bad attitudes. We had quite a few issues. This place needs better management in the nurse and tech departments. Also, I called five times and could never get her prescription called in to Publix Pharmacy that they put her on while she was in there. The physical therapists are wonderful so that's why they got a two star instead of a one star rating from me.

Very bad facility and neglectful nurses. My grandmother was a patient here in 2016 and passed away as result of her infection being ignored by the staff. Heed this as a warning before putting your loved ones here.

The only reason I'm giving this place any stars is because the therapy is wonderful! The therapists truly care about the patients, Amanda is by far the best, she is a truly caring and wonderful person. The Nurse Spindora should be in charge of that place!! She is an excellent nurse and very good at her job!!! Those are basically the only good things I can say. It's essentially a nursing home trying to pose as a hospital facility.
