I broke my hip from an accident 12/27/25 and was in NCH Hospital North Naples for a few days (not a good experience there, see other review). On 12/30/25 around 4 pm I was admitted to Encompass. I stayed there for the next 11 days. Food A Doctors Cruz and Presley A- P.T. and O.T. staff (3hrs/day) A- Day Nurses and aids B+ Night Nurses and aids B Housekeeping/cleanliness B Case Manager C I was told that I would be discharged 1/12. I was there for 10 days after breaking my femur. I cannot say enough good things about my time there. The therapists were outstanding. I was lucky to have Gerdon and Rina for PT and OT. The nurses were great as were the clinical technicians the wound specialist was also great.

I was treated at encompass Naples from Mod December to January 1, 2025. Four employees stand out. My Daughter oversaw my treatments from a patient perspective and coordinated with Tina at the hospital. She says Tina was awesome providing information and always prompt in returning calls. I would like to recognize three staff that showed they cared about my progress. Gulnara in OT, Eduardo in PT and a medicine dispenser that I unfortunately do not know her name but she went out of her way to get me Juice and kept watch o... read more

When my mother fractured her hip, I was worried how we would find her the right rehab care quickly. Since we live out of state this was even more complicated.
