I was at Encompass in May of 2023. They were great. Especially Nicole and Jodie the 2 main therapist that I had. I went in with a stroke on my right side and could barley use my left arm. And within 3 weeks I was up and going. I highly recommend them and would go back if I needed to

It couldn't be nicer. I couldn't walk. When I got here from a previous location. Within a few days I was at it! Friendly staff.

I was there for 14 days after a botched surgical procedure by a heart Dr. in Huntsville. I would give it mixed reviews because of the staff, the food, and their failure to follow-up on recommendations from the hospital. The PT department was very good and I really liked my therapists. Some of the nursing staff are stellar, others are cellar dwellers (those folks need an improvement plan or they should be dismissed because of poor attitude and treatment of patients). I was there for 14 days after a botched surgical procedure by a heart Dr. in Huntsville. I would give it mixed reviews because of the staff, the food, and their failure to follow-up on recommendations from the hospital. The PT department was very good and I really liked my therapists. I am very shocked at the low ratings here. Encompass saved my husbands life and limb not once but twice! Had it not been for Encompass, he may have passed away a lot sooner than he did. Encompass is amazing they extended his life by years! They gave excellent care, he was well take care of, he was treated with respect and all the staff were just excellent. My step-kids originally sent him to Whitesburg gardens, Signature Care - the WORST place to send a loved one. I would not send my DEAD DOG there. He failed to thrive an... read more
