After having my mother transferred there for rehab after a fall, we discovered that the staff was not very attentive. Since she was not able to get out of bed or her chair without assistance when she needed to utilize the restroom. Her calls for assistance routinely took 30 minutes or longer for assistance. They did not listen and ignored serious concerns. Wife, recovering from a stroke, was transferred to Encompass WITH a "manageable" Urinary Tract Infection according to discharge instructions from the emergency hospital. Encompass REFUSED TO ACKNOWLEDGE and DID NOT continue treatment as recommended in transfer instructions, even after I reminded on duty nurses and attending physician several times. My mom was discharged with an untreated UTI. She is currently is CCU fighting sepsis. Nobody calls you back. They have probably changed her records to reflect no malpractice. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! READ THE REVIEWS EVERYWHERE!
