My mother's stay was great but communication to me (her son) was poor. After care was supposedly set up. I was never told what services but was told they would call me. They never did and when I called them I was told they could not help and to call Encompass. I was left with no help. Carolee dropped the ball.

A very clean facility run by a professional staff. Both of my elderly parents have stayed here and were treated wonderfully.

My mom was there for 2 plus weeks after her 3rd heart attack in as many years. Honestly could not have been a better experience for her. She has had rehab before and there are some horrible places. They treated her like you want your mom to be treated. Place was newer, clean, food was good, nurses and the PT was excellent.

My mom was there for 2 plus weeks after her 3rd heart attack in as many years. Honestly could not have been a better experience for her. She has had rehab before and there are some horrible places. They treated her like you want your mom to be treated. Place was newer, clean, food was good, nurses and the PT was excellent.

St Joes shoved a local list of SNFS and nursing homes at me after my knee surgeries. Each of them more terrible than the next. Fortunately, I researched options myself and located EnCompass in Lutz and Largo for my rehab. Fabulous. Kicked my butt into gear. All private rooms, clean, new, great therapists, food was "meh". They do nothing to help extend your stay (pro forma submission to Medicare, and lots of whining about the work they had to do) and we had a total dud of a social worker, but the therapists were excellent and... read more

My Mom spent a few weeks here and I felt they do a very good job with her. I Recommend them.
