This is an average facility. The nurse techs are short staffed which makes it difficult to be comfortable because of long waits. Physical therapy and occupational therapy is also just okay. They don't always give you 3 hours of therapy daily and the staff is not personable. The rooms are barely kept clean and the food is not great.

This place is immaculate and people are nice. Our friend has been there a week and is getting extensive pt and OT. It's working. No one was at front desk. He says food is ok and doctors and nurses are good. A rehab center w no complaints after a week is terrific for a medical facility!

I absolutely would recommend Healthsouth Rehabilitation Hospital of Spring Hill ("Healthsouth") without reservation. My 87 year old mother was at Oak Hill Hospital and needed inpatient rehabilitation services (physical and occupational) before returning home. I researched not only Healthsouth but the other rehabilitation facilities in the Spring Hill area. This facility has exceeded my expectations. From the top down; Professional Staff, Rehab Nursing Techs, Therapists, Kitchen Staff & Building Maintenance Staff this facility runs like well oiled machinery. I am very impressed with how clean and orderly everything is kept from rooms to public areas. The Gym area is huge and is a Mecca of activity. My husband was admitted on 2-20-15, due to medical complications he was so weak that he could not even stand up by himself. I really liked the aggressive but gentle therap... read more
