I wrote a review about Encompass Rehab in Spring Hill. Starters, I am not from Texas. This is Spring Hill in Florida. Also, Encompass said that if I had more to say I should email them directly. My husband had a stroke went to outpatient rehab I was told that our insurance would cover it all which it did not. I asked several times before I signed paper work and they assured me it was all covered. Till I got a $595.00 bill months later. When I called about it they had me fill out papers to see if they would write it off, Sue told me how to fill them out told me when she got them she would write if off. Well guess what she lied too and they turned me into collections never called to tell me or return the many call... read more

Run, don't walk away from this place. They talk to the patients like they are dirt. My father was there and I was on the phone with him...they didn't know. They talked to him like a dog. My father is a diabetic. They had him on a full diet with sugar...coke and ice cream. For a whole week. He was on insulin because of it. This is the worst rehab I have ever experienced. My father is now in the hospital getting much better care. For the love of your family please take them elsewhere.

The patient advocate is terrible. She is rude and does not follow up or keep her promise. There also is a shortage of staff and patients are left to fend for themselves. I guess it's ok if you can get around and just need therapy but if you can't get out of bed alone be prepared to wait for someone to come for a while. Very disappointed and hope I don't have to go back there again!

terrible place to work under staffed over worked too many pts per nurse call lights not answered pts not showered terrible care only wants pts money writes they do theray when they really don't just to collect
