This rating says it's A-ok, and that's a good rating for Encompass Woodlands. Let's start with the good stuff: the staff is really nice, nurses and techs were sweet and helpful; the food was really impressive for a hospital; the physical therapy was strenuous but in a good way. i spent time here recently and everyone was great! THOMAS AND TIM are fantastic and made my stay as easy on me as possible.MARGIE, an aide is a "ball of fire and keeps you upbeat always...THANKS TO ALL AT HEALTHSOUTH!!!!!!!!!!

i spent time here recently and everyone was great! THOMAS AND TIM are fantastic and made my stay as easy on me as possible.MARGIE, an aide is a "ball of fire and keeps you upbeat always...THANKS TO ALL AT HEALTHSOUTH!!!!!!!!!!

So every single individual is amazing. From the Chaplin Laurie to the nurse Rebecca, my family and I are so very happy that they were there for us. Their service was more than amazing. I want to thank the HealthSouth community from the bottom of my heart.

If I could give a zero rating that is exactly what they would get these people dismissed my 81-year-old mother when she can't even take care of herself with her right hand broken sent her home to live by herselfshe cannot even go to the bathroom by herself I will be filing a complaint against HealthSouth tomorrow morning

My mother had a very poor experience with this healthsouth facility recently. The staff was very attentive and friendly when she arrived and her case worker seemed awesome and made her feel as if she would have an excellent recovery experience but instead she dreaded her stay and couldn't wait to come back home. The first day/night the nurse/staff was almost non-existent. She paged several times overall several hours for her nurse and a staff member (who was not a nurse) would come and tell her the nurse would be with her ... read more
