Nicer than most places downtown Pros: Looks great from the outside. Has a heated pool, and grills (but do not work yet). Gym is a little nicer than most apartments. Great walking score. Nice views from some units. Trash pick-up outside your door (also not working yet). Cons: - Internet speed is 8MB/s, was promised 20Mb/s. All I've spoken to in building have the same issue.
