A lot of repairs for a new building Moved in in December. Expect a lot of maintenance calls. So far I think every unit had to update their washer/dryer because they didn't install it right. Something about them bumping into each other if you use both of them at once. They also had to have people install water measure systems, etc. For my apartment, I had a lot of cabinet issues (hinges coming loose, paint where it shouldn't be, etc). You would think all would be complete for a something so new.
Superficial Touch ups It may look pretty nice, but once you start living, you'll find out a lot of the things breaking down
Their leasing up an unfinished building 5th floor is still unfinished. They said it would be by the time I moved in. Been 2 months now & they still haven't addressed it. Also, I found it pretty unethical that they started tacking on hidden fees after I moved in with my wife. Oh! We didn't mentioned but we're increasing your rent for (unreal reason here).
