Endurance is ok. My issue is they only communicate with the car shop, and not the customer. I should know what you're going to do or not do, since it's my policy. The shop could lie about being paid, and I'm no wiser because I wasn't informed by Endurance. The customer should be aware of the decision to pay or not to be pay for services requested. Otherwise I think Endurance is ok.
