Extremely long process to get to the claims department and get a claim completed needs to be more access to claims from the app some of the coverage that is listed is false

I just came from the dealership after the diagnosis they spoke to your agent and I was there all the time. So until now the service has been very good fast no long waiting over the phone. So the dealer agent Id going ahead with the process and send by email what was requested. So I am just waiting to the approval to go ahead and start working on my truck.So until no complaints at all.Thanks

The best thing to me is the customer **********************, they where exceptional, at least to me! ******* and the guy who signed me up!
Thought extended warranty were ***** but i bought a used **** and was sketched on reliability so i got endurance extended warranty and ended up needing to use it within 2 months. Thankfully they pulled through and covered most of the repairs. 1 caveat is my deductible/my responsibility was 1k and over 4-5k worth of repairs through the dealership which i believe inflate the prices of repairs so take it as you will. Could have prob taken it to local mechanic for prob 1k but its nice i got it done through the dealership peace o... read more
