Ive not received the booklet and need to know how to register my mechanic
I purchased a policy on my Rav 4. The representative I spoke with yesterday was very un-ethical . Not professional at all. Today when I contacted them, upset and ready to cancel everything. I spoke with a Miss. ******** who assured me that person was wrong on how she treated me. Miss. ******** was very nice and professional. She made me feel "welcome to the Endurance family" I kept my membership.
