I had a previous plan but my vehicle was totaled and I purchased a new vehicle, the representative was more than helpful, kind and very patient when helping with a new plan. I was very pleased with my first experience and I knew I didn't want to go anywhere else. I have recommended Endurance to family and friends.

I can't rate it five stars because my first call to the customer ********************** center was not too professional and I just recently signed up a couple days ago. The sign up process went very well and the agent was able to address all my questions and concerns. They are a good company they cover a lot more on the transmission then the other competition companies. Endurance there is really no hassle when getting your car fixed unlike and car shield there's a third party and it's a lot of phone calls at the mechanic shop before you get anything done... And the customer ********************** is great!
Very helpful in transferring the contract we had to our newer car. The gentleman I spoke to was very nice, professional & courteous.
