1st time using their service and it stood up to their commitment. The best warranty service ever. I only have 4 stars because there was poor communication between Endurance and the shop my car was at. Apparently the shop had my name in the wrong place on the invoice. After several calls to Endurance questioning why payment hasn't been processed to shop finally a gentleman requested the shop manager call him and when it was finally resolved on the shop's end, Endurance had closed and the shop Manger did not want to release my... read more
