I enjoy the service, but I don't like that when you renew your police, you have had for several years, there is a 30 day waiting period before the new police will be in affect . To bypass that you have to get a new police 1 month before your old one expires. Causing that you are paying for 2 polices for that one month, or go without coverage for that waiting period

I love Endurance all claims are handled in a timely fashion and they are very easy to work with.
Talked to customer support only, tried to file a claim, but was not able to because the Elite Benefits are handled by another department and I had to go to my doctors appointment.
