Fortunately I have not needed to use the warranty to this point, however, recently I thought I had a problem that would require the warranty and called Endurance. The person that I spoke with was receptive and informative as to the process. As it turned out I did not need further assistance beyond scheduled maintenance. But, as with any insurance, you hope that your research in selecting a good one will be there when you need it.

I have been an Endurance customer for over 5 years now. I have two cars insured with this insurance company; a 2013 Audi Q5 and a 2016 ******** C300. I have used this company twice for repairs on the Audi. No trouble with the ********. Both times I was surprised by the quick approval on my claim. I previously had @###$$%%^Car Shield, and had nothing but run around and denials!!! Endurance covered my issue with no problems! Maybe that's why Car Shield has an F rating from the BBB, they take you money but don't pay!!!
