Both reps I talked to were friendly, helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. My questions were answered and I have no issues or problems with them.
They were very good to me. I got the policy through Carvana, they were true to their word and I'm finished paying for the extended warranty. I took it, for it was my first second hand car and wanted som time to make sure everything was good with the car. The car is wonderful!
So far acceptable. Would recommend premium policy updates to include wheel sensors at minimum to a 60/40 split as the functional category borders along the lines of safety and lifesaving equipment!
