If you call up with any problems, It would be very advantageous if you could get the same sales representative every time call.I had to finally get a manager who straightened everything out in 10 minutes.I think it was worth all of the hassle Because, in the end, I got a great policy at a good price.
I'm a new user & recently filed a claim. The phone customer ********************** has been excellent in the times I've called. I'm disappointed that part of my claim was not approved due to what was deemed 'damage outside what Endurance normally covers'. I will be calling to get more understanding on this.
