Great customer **********************, my question is a about future repair job.I'm satisfied with what I was told.
I needed a clarification regarding the definition of 'commercial vehicle' because my personal vehicle is registered to the company that I own for tax purposes. Miss ********************* was very cordial and empathetic to my inquiry. She made sure I was compliant with the Endurance contract by contacting her supervisors and people in the claims department. Have to be honest was calling to cancel for the 2 time.the last 2 reps promised the world only to read my contract to see no changes..been with the company for years..so called to cancel again only to speak to ********* she seem to be more experienced in the wording of the contract & what I was looking for in repairs..so I pray 3 time is a charm.always had good luck with Endurance..we will see;thank you ********* for your understanding & trying to find ways to help!!!!!
