The business is very professional and knowledgeable about their service and their competition services hands down they know their business but be aware they have too of the line sales associates that will not give up losing a customer. Always find a way to override your reason for canceling policy, but will maintain professionalism. It can be annoying but overall its a fair business to associate with.
They respond to all calls and then make sure that you have a good understanding of their product.
The Edurance representative was patient and understanding, but more responsive and people oriented. She was a Ms.
