I havent needed the warranty service yet, but I did have a question about the method of payment I had set up. ********** was very helpful and polite. If I get that kind of response when I have a claim I will be a happy camper!

I called to cancel my policy because my car was declared a total loss. I spoke with a gentleman named ****, who is an Account Manager. He politely and professionally informed me about the helpful benefits in my policy, even in the event of a total loss. He pulled up my policy, and saved me time by browsing through it to see exactly which section I should review. It's a benefit I wasn't aware I had. I appreciated his time, his reassurance and willingness to help me as a customer. Thank you ****!
