The person who help Was very nice and carrying. Took time to see how my day was going and listened . Then proceeded to ask what she could help me with. Thats a big plus . Answered my questions and said call if any other issues. Ended with have wonderful rest of day and allowed for you to tell her to have one also rather than just hanging up
