Great warranty. Worth the cost. I believe in having a warranty on my cars. I have used mine twice. The mechanics that have checked or fixed my car state they have never seen a warranty company that covers motor mounts and Endurance did. They covered my work at the dealer also. It did not take long to get my repairs approved. It was so quick to get my rent a car while my car was in the shop. When I did rent a car myself my reimbursement was paid very timely. I was very impressed with your custorer representative *******. I called in to cancel my policy, due to extensive bills. After speaking to *******, i decided to keep my policy because he was offer me a dis ount as well as he was very helpful and not pushy. He took time to review my current coverage and explain what was covered under my policy. ******* deserves a day off if possible based on his easy going approach.
The last representative I spoke with was *********************. She was outstanding and very professional. ************** worked on my case and did all she could do to resolve the issue I was having. She is the best that Endurance has !!
