I just bought at 2005 Lexus that came with an extended warranty issued by Endurance Warranty Services, and called Endurance to transfer the warranty into my name. I really dreaded this phone call, expecting to be shuffled around the world until I got connected to someone who couldn't speak good English. Mr Martin ******** is rarely a big asset at endurance warranty department. He is an exceptional customer service. His exemption all knowledge compares to none.
Eddie ***** has great customer service.
i had my doubts about these extended warranties . i had a friend refer me to Endurance and i have to say i am worry free .. i was greeted by the manager Eddie ***** when i needed help and from start to finish he helped me .. thanks Endurance

Fast nice and helpful.
Went to ***** on 123rd n Halsted Chicago. Spoke to Erick. He took car in for one full day no service. Took car back on Monday 2 22 16 got service. Erick quoted very extremely, redicoulous high prices. Have extended with Endurance. Spoke to Mr. Eddy ***** n he intervened with excellent expertise.
