I was very impressed with your custorer representative *******. I called in to cancel my policy, due to extensive bills. After speaking to *******, i decided to keep my policy because he was offer me a dis ount as well as he was very helpful and not pushy. He took time to review my current coverage and explain what was covered under my policy. ******* deserves a day off if possible based on his easy going approach.
The last representative I spoke with was *********************. She was outstanding and very professional. ************** worked on my case and did all she could do to resolve the issue I was having. She is the best that Endurance has !!
Today I just had some follow up questions about my policy and talked to Mr ****************************** he was very pleasant, informative, friendly and helpful, answered all my questions and directed me to some useful tools , like the endurance mobile app , thank you ******************* for a pleasant experience

Great and timely service. My only issue is that when I purchased the Policy, I was told that Oil Changes and Brakes were FREE... but they're not. Endurance did save me money on the Oil Change, but it wasn't what was promised. They are a quality Extended Warranty Company, so they don't need to be deceptive. Hopefully everything else goes as smoothly as my Oil Change process.
