I have had no issues with getting my vehicle repaired. I feel safer knowing that they are there if I have any kind of repair issues.
This is a great warranty service. called in my claim for radiator replacement on a Wednesday morning and after a slight problem which was reviewed and resolved immediately, my mechanic was paid the full cost of repair and i had my car back on Friday noon. I give them 5 stars and a cookie.***************************

The representative, I believe her name was ****** was extremely professional and knowledgeable. My experience made me feel like I made the right choice leaving Carshield. She took the time to listen to my concerns and resolved it to my satisfaction. I wish all representatives every where dealt with their customers in this manner. I know now if I ever have an issue my concerns will be addressed fairly. ********************* was amazing to me and thoroughly explained all options available on all plans and was so kind, pleasant, and very knowledgable - when she understood that I had another coverage policy through Carmax she let me know that once this policy ran out I could contact Endurance to implement a coverage policy - which I will do!!!She was truly very effective and efficient and did not pressure me at all, just made sure I understood all the options and I certainly appreciated this.
