I spoke to Chelsea in claims and she was everything you could ask for in a customer service representative. She has advanced problem solving skills and listened intently to my concerns. Many times in order to protect a brand or themselves , an agent will simply read from a script or argue their point but not Chelsea. She was able to portray the brand in a positive light with exaggerating in an attempt to gain my confidence or up selling the customer and risking the relationship.
